THE STOICS
-
The essence of Stoic philosophy; the only control we have in our lives is how we choose to respond to external events and circumstances. How can we use this to live a simpler life?
-
How can we meet success and failure and treat them both as imposters? How can we have a more balanced life by changing our perspective on imagined successes and failures?
-
Is most of what we do and say essential? Would our lives be more tranquil and effective if we focussed on what is necessary?
-
What can we learn from obstacles? We’ll look at the art of embracing obstacles rather than avoiding what is hard or unpleasant.
